By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older.

  • Valid identification may be requested prior to treatment.

2. Bookings & Deposits

  • A $100 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: deposit may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: deposit may be retained.

  • No-show: deposit is retained and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Deposits represent a reasonable estimate of time reserved and potential loss of other bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Appointments may be shortened or rescheduled where necessary to avoid impacting other clients.

  • Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may require rescheduling and the deposit may be retained.

5. Payments

  • Remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment if payment is not made.

6. Refunds

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments

  • Services where results vary but the service has been provided with due care and skill

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility

  • Clients are required to complete a medical history and consent form prior to treatment.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, medications, allergies, and previous procedures.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

8. Informed Consent

Treatment will only proceed once a consent form has been completed and signed.

By doing so, you acknowledge that:

  • The procedure has been explained to you

  • You understand the potential risks and benefits

  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions

  • You voluntarily consent to proceed

9. Risks & Healing

Cosmetic tattooing is a procedure that involves normal and expected variations.

Possible side effects may include:

  • Temporary swelling, redness, or sensitivity

  • Uneven pigment retention during healing

  • Rare risks such as infection or allergic reaction

All procedures carry some level of risk, and individual healing responses vary.

10. Results

Results vary between individuals depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

While every effort is made to achieve the best outcome:

  • Final colour and retention cannot be guaranteed

  • Additional sessions may be required

  • Perfect symmetry cannot be guaranteed due to natural facial variation

11. Aftercare

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided to support healing and results.

  • Following these instructions is essential for optimal outcomes.

We are not responsible for results affected by failure to follow aftercare guidance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided with due care and skill

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • We are not responsible for outcomes influenced by:

    • Individual healing responses

    • Client non-disclosure

    • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Nothing in this clause excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where:

  • It is not safe or appropriate to proceed

  • Required information has not been disclosed

  • Behaviour is inappropriate or poses a risk

14. Photography

  • Photographs may be taken for clinical records.

  • Images will only be used for marketing purposes with your separate consent.

15. Payment Disputes

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these Terms, including deposit and cancellation policies.

We reserve the right to respond to payment disputes or chargebacks using appointment records, signed consent forms, and communication history.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
