Before You Arrive

A little preparation will help ensure a smooth, comfortable experience and the most beautiful results.

✨ Getting Ready

• Please arrive on time so we can give you our full attention

• Come with clean, makeup-free lips

• Stay well hydrated and keep your lips moisturised in the days leading up to your appointment

💧 The Day Before

• Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours prior

• If you’re feeling unwell, we recommend rescheduling your appointment.

🌿 Lip Care

Healthy, hydrated lips heal best:

• Gently exfoliate your lips a day or two before

• Avoid booking if you have any cold sores, cuts, or irritation

If you have a history of cold sores, we recommend speaking with your GP about preventative care prior to your appointment.

• Your appointment includes a personalised consultation to discuss your desired colour and shape

• We’ll guide you through every step so you feel relaxed and confident.
